Crafty Creations Challenges #318 - Anything Goes

Hi Everyone

The Crafty Creations Challenges #318 has started and the theme this time is Anything Goes.
(My favorite theme)

Well I know its not even close to Christmas yet, but I thought I'd tease you all a bit.

I used colored pencils and gamsol to color and do blending on the image. Gamsol is the perfect blender for colored pencils. You can lighten colors, add additional accent colors and for me it is the perfect color blending product.

The sponsor for the Crafty Creations Challenges #318 is SLS  Lines

Chocolate

Hi and thanks for popping in,

About a week ago I mentioned that I received some new stamps from Verses Rubber Stamps. Well here is another one of their verses, and this one is cute.
If you are like me, I know very few people who don't like chocolate. (LOL)

I was lucky to fine the image that shows a heart shaped box of chocolates.
A perfect fit for the sentiment.

This could be a cute little card for a chocolate lovers birthday,
And to give a box of chocolates with
the card would be a great addition. (YUM)

    The Two of You

    Hello everyone

I thought I'd pop in and share with you a card I made for Verses Rubber Stamps.

I used the stamp The Two of You.
Since this is a card for an anniversary I decided to use gold paper and some gold tulle.
(Since the tulle is so sheer, it doesn't show up very good, I am sorry.)

I also used a MS punch around the page.
Those hearts were the perfect background for the card and the theme.

Crafty Creations Challenge #317 - Tic Tac Toe

    Hi everyone
    Thanks for stopping in today

It's time for another Crafty Creations Challenge. Boy the time sure flies by, doesn't it!! It seems like I just posted for the last challenge just a few days ago.

The theme for challenge #317 is Tic Tac Toe. I love doing these, and I hope you do too.

The sponsor for this challenge is Robyn's Fetish

Robyn's Fetish Digital Stamps And More is proud to sponsor this challenge.

Robyn's Fetish Digital Stamps And More, a division of I Did It Creations, was created and is
owned by Robyn Weinrib.  Robyn offers a wonderful variety of digital stamps and digital papers, designed to meet the needs of all digital paper crafting addicts for every occasion.

Robyn’s Fetish Digital Stamps And More is happy to award 3 digital stamps of the winner’s choice to the winner of this challenge.

I sure hope that you will join in the fun at our challenge. I will be looking for your submission.

OK, let me share with you my project.
I used the image It's A Dragonfly Day
    from Robyn's Fetish
and on the tic tac toe board, I used Punches and Dies. Image and Birthday

To achieve the larger bunch of flowers, I printed the image out 2 times. I used a label shaped die to cut the shape with the flowers in the center of the 1st digital image. Next I cut a slit right at the spot on the top flower so I could slide the stems from the other bunch behind the bunch printed on the label shape.  On the 2nd printed image, I fussy cut just the flowers and the stems and just slid that 2nd bunch in the slit. This gives the illusion of a bigger bunch of flowers. (Well, I hope that made sense)

    Happy Birthday

    Hello Everyone

Thanks for stopping in today. The Craft-Dee BowZ Design Team members have a theme for June - Shabby Chic. (Please remember, the challenge over at Craft-Dee BowZ for anyone that submits a project to the challenge is always ANYTHING GOES.)

Since the DT theme is shabby chic, I thought I'd use some corner die cuts and some shabby looking flowers that were in my stash. This month the designers received peach colored satin ribbon, sheer lace and sheer ribbon. The peach satin ribbon - I pleated this myself. It is really easy and it adds a very pretty look.I attached it over the top edge of the sheer lace.

For my bow - I made a triple loop stacked bow. And I added a pearl stick pin to the knot. The Craft-Dee BowZ tool is the perfect tool to make any type of bow, and it's super easy to make this bow using the tool.

The flowers - the two larger flowers are store bought - the two smaller flowers, I made myself. I added some green ferns for additional floral interest.

    Send Me a Tweet

    Hi Everyone

Oh my, it's June 1, already. We are almost half over with this year. I don't believe it.

Well, since it's June 1, that means it's time for the June Craft-Dee BowZ challenge. The design team has some great inspiration projects for your review. Click here and check out the other DT projects.

In the meantime, let me share my inspiration project.

As I assembled this card, I didn't have a sentiment. So I set the card aside for a bit. Then as I looked at the birds, I just thought of  tweeting. So that's how the sentiment came to be. LOL

I added a feather to the tails on both of these birds.... just wanted to embellish these birdies a bit.

I used my Craft-Dee BowZ tool to make a stacked, triple loop bow. Here is a  close up of the bow I used on my card.

The Craft-Dee BowZ tool makes this kind of a bow, and it's so easy to make.
This tool might be small but will make a big difference in your bows.
